Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a creative and motivated filmmaker to join a small but ambitious and well-established agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career creative with a genuine passion for storytelling and visual content to work across a variety of exciting commercial and branded projects.

We are interested in someone who has ideas, enthusiasm, and commitment to producing impactful film content. Whether you’ve made short films, university projects, content for social media, or have been honing your skills on personal projects, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be supporting a growing client base and collaborating closely with the team across a range of productions. You’ll need to be organised, a good communicator, and eager to learn the ropes of working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for video projects from initial idea through to final production.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Operate cameras and other filming equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
  • Edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Incorporate graphics, sound, and special effects into videos to enhance storytelling.
  • Conduct photography sessions as needed to support video projects.
  • Manage project timelines effectively to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in filmmaking.

Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong video editing skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
