This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career creative with a genuine passion for storytelling and visual content to work across a variety of exciting commercial and branded projects.

You’ll be supporting a growing client base and collaborating closely with the team across a range of productions. You’ll need to be organised, a good communicator, and eager to learn the ropes of working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for video projects from initial idea through to final production.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Operate cameras and other filming equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
- Edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Incorporate graphics, sound, and special effects into videos to enhance storytelling.
- Conduct photography sessions as needed to support video projects.
- Manage project timelines effectively to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in filmmaking.
Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong video editing skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is advantageous.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
