Salary: Circa £55k DOE
Main duties:
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Canterbury, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of property transactions. Some of your day-to-day tasks will include conducting property searches, preparing and reviewing legal documents, advising clients on property-related matters, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met in property transactions. Your expertise in property law and attention to detail will be crucial in providing a seamless experience for our clients.
Qualifications
- Qualified and licensed as a Conveyancer
- Demonstrated experience in handling property transactions and conducting property searches
- Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients
- Proficiency in legal documentation and contract preparation
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using conveyancing software and technology
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process and familiarity with relevant legislation
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional ethics
