Main Purpose:

If you have worked in an Estate Agency within administration and looking for more responsibility, this could be the right opportunity for you.

We are seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing the rental process for properties, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. With training there is the opportunity to progress to Property Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Advertise available properties through various channels, including online platforms and print media.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
  • Screen prospective tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying references.
  • Prepare and negotiate lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, viewings, and lease agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with property owners to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the rental process.
  • Assist with property inspections and move-in/move-out procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within Estate Agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and landlords.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to rental properties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
