We are seeking an energetic, organised, and motivated individual to join an Account Management team in a new role as a Junior Account Manager. In this position, you will work closely with the Account Managers to support clients, ensuring their success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly check in with clients.
- Track and manage support tickets from clients, ensuring problems are understood and resolved efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and growth, contributing to the company’s revenue goals.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying updated on feature releases and product developments.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, promoting knowledge sharing and industry updates across the team.
- Develop a strong understanding of the publishing industry and the competitive landscape.
- Communicate client feature requests to the Product team to support prioritisation in future development.
Requirements:
- A tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to manage and juggle multiple client requests.
- Strong organisational skills are key to success in this role.
- Ability to work well within a team, but also take initiative where needed.
- A keen interest in digital media, publishing, or SaaS industries.
