Main Duties:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Advisor to join a small team in Broadstairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and analysing insurance needs to recommend suitable products. Opportunity to work from home part of the week.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Analyse clients’ insurance needs and financial situation to recommend appropriate coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales administration, particularly in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance sales processes and products
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers
- Ability to analyse clients’ needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
