Business Development and Brand Executive

Salary: Basic £30k-£35k OTE £40k-£45k

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new and existing customer relationships across the UK
• Identify and approach prospective partners in both direct and indirect channels
• Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings (UK travel required)
• Contribute to marketing and brand-building efforts, including managing digital presence and designing promotional materials
• Assist with content for website, social media, and internal campaigns
• Take part in shaping the brand’s direction and helping drive the business forward

What We’re Looking For:

• An outgoing self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
• Someone who’s organised, creative, and confident communicating across various formats
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; any additional experience in creative (Design software) or accounting tools is a plus
• An interest in high-quality consumer products, branding, and design would be beneficial
