Salary: Upto £25,000
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations. You will assist with case management, maintain accurate records, and support the team in delivering high-quality services to clients facing financial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day administration.
Prepare and file correspondence, reports, and statutory documents in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, both digitally and physically.
Communicate with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
Support the team with meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and general office coordination.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an insolvency or legal environment (Desirable).
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management software (desirable).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
