Job Description

Location: Broadstairs
 Full time, Permanent Monday – Friday

– Provide excellent customer service to clients seeking insurance coverage
– Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
– Explain policy terms, coverage options, and premiums to clients
– Process insurance applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
– Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate policy terms and rates
– Maintain client records and update policy information as needed
– Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes in a timely manner
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
– Ability to analyse and evaluate insurance policies to determine the best options for clients
– Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
– Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record keeping
– Knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and industry practices
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
