Basic Salary: up to £35k,000 basic plus circa OTE £45,000
A growing UK-based business is seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Sales Executive to support its continued expansion nationwide.
This role will focus on developing new business while managing and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers across the UK. The position has a strong emphasis on the on-trade market, including hospitality venues such as restaurants, pubs, and hotels, working through both direct supply and distributor partnerships. There will also be opportunities to grow sales across off-trade channels, including independent retailers, specialist outlets, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK
- Managing and developing long-term commercial relationships
- Driving sales within the on-trade sector and supporting distributor-led partnerships
- Expanding presence within off-trade markets
- Supporting brand growth through marketing and promotional activity
- Contributing to website content and social media engagement
- Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including point-of-sale items and sales literature (small part of the role)
- Attending trade shows, events, and customer meetings
- Travelling nationally, including occasional overnight stays
Skills and Experience:
- Confident, outgoing, and commercially driven
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation ability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting or design software is beneficial but not essential
