Part time Administrator

Salary: £DOE 
Position: Part-time, Permanent 
Location: Canterbury

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Administrator who is organised, a good team player and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Covering the reception area - welcoming patients, making appointments, taking phone calls and managing the diaries
Administrative tasks as required
Scanning, adding products to the system, taking payments, filling and sending forms
Invoicing and submitting claims

Requirements:
Customer service experience
Excellent computer skills (Excel and Word)
Willing to learn new skills
To be proactive
To be a team player
Excellent organisational skills
Willingness to be flexible in approach to tasks
Ability to maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and customers
