Administrator working from home

Salary: £10 p/h DOE 
Position: Part-time, Permanent 
Location: Canterbury

This is a fantastic opportunity for an extremely self-motivated Customer and Administration Assistant. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and keeping the administration side of the business up to date and in order.


Responsibilities:

Inbound and outbound calls and emails
Diary management and job planning
Completing job sheets
Customer service and CRM management
General bookkeeping tasks
Invoicing and chasing invoices
Following up on sales enquiries
Posting on Social Media


Requirements:
Customer service experience
Excellent computer skills (Excel and Word)
Excellent with detail
Reliable
Self-motivated
Excellent organisational skills
Finance understanding
