Who are we?

A passionate recruitment consultancy dedicated to supporting companies across the South East with their office-based roles including Administration, Marketing and Sales. We cover part and full-time positions from junior to senior level.

As recruitment consultants, we have a responsibility in helping organisations shape their teams and grow their business and they can only do that by employing talented staff. We work very closely with HR departments to make this happen.

Our Process

  
Supplying a full recruitment service ensures all our candidates are invested in the recruitment process.
1. Headhunting and advertising
2. Reviewing and shortlisting CVs
3. Phone interviews, video calls and face to face interviews
4. We will then put forward candidates who are fit for the position
5. We will manage the offer to your preferred candidate. We will also request feedback for those candidates who are not successful, leaving all candidates with a lasting, positive impression of the process
